There, he embraced the challenges of the Great Lakes, immersing himself in the thrilling Salmon runs and the pursuit of Pike and Lake Trout. The Great Lakes offered a diverse and expansive fishing environment that deepened his love for the sport and honed his angling skills.

Years later, Jim and his family relocated to the beautiful coast of South Carolina. This move introduced him to the captivating world of coastal and offshore fishing. The allure of the deep ocean and the rich variety of pelagic and reef fish fascinated him. He spent countless days exploring the local waters with his son, who worked to catch bait for local shops. These moments of fishing and bonding with his son were both a passion and a cherished experience.

Fueled by a desire to share his enthusiasm for fishing, Jim decided to turn his extensive experience into a venture that would allow others to experience the joy of offshore fishing.
