Chasing Largemouth Bass and Scenic Views on the Withlacoochee River!
Today we let the wind lead us to the Beautiful Withlacoochie River! Where we caught some nice Largemouth and let them go to grow! Withlacoochie river is one of my favorite places to freshwater fish and enjoy the gorgeous peaceful views. We then cruised down river to lake rousseau till the wind shoved us to back up river to Swampy's Bar and Grille on the with a scenic deck right on the Rainbow River, serving Cajun fare, burgers & fish tacos! Again the tide wasn't moving much today but this Father and son duo got it done sight casting these beautiful Reds! They will be enjoying them and mangrove snapper for dinner! Even the mullet were biting today!

Morning Fishing in Crystal River
This morning we had to weed through the big boys to find them some keepers! Dina, Annemarie, and Tyler managed to get it done and had a blast doing it! Well done! Annemarie also landed some Trout but they weren't quite big enough for them to keep. Also released others bonus fish too! It was a busy bite this morning. Good times and tight lines with Plantation crew!

A Windy Day Trip in Florida
This morning started out a little tough with not much water, the wind was blowing and it was a bit chilly for us Florida peeps but once the sun came out and the tide starting moving good, John showed his buddies up! They released over 20 reds, and then got their limit! John also caught a nice sheepshead and black drum to add to their bag of dinner. Enjoyed it with these gentlemen!

The weather says the Reds are chewing! Redfish are on peak again, Water temp 82. Fall fishing is here ya’ll! Tarpon may be gone, but you can still hook into Spotted Trout, and Snook! This is our second trip with Capt misty. She is really fantastic. She full of fun and knows where the fish are and how to catch them. That’s a 26” redfish my daughter is holding!

We had a great time with Misty! She was very knowledgeable n helped us in every way. I can’t say enough good things about this gal. She did everything you would expect from a fishing guide and more. She knew exactly where to go to find the fish. She has a very kind and caring personality as well as being a smart fisherman‘s guide. We are from the Midwest so we needed fishing tips for this Florida area. She helped us like a friend would. I give Misty a 5 star rating! When we get back to this area we will seek her out for our next fishing charter.

Our family of 4 had an amazing day with Misty fishing . We caught a variety of fish and had so much fun! Super knowledgeable, great personality and was able to maneuver through very tricky water that many wouldn’t attempt.
