Captain Gage Brady comes from a long line of fishermen, with his grandfather and father sparking his passion for the sport by giving him his first rod. Since that moment, he has never stopped fishing—and has no plans to. With a decade of experience running a Cichlid fish farm and extensive time securing his federal reef and pelagic permits, Captain Gage has spent the past 12 years fishing the Gulf of Mexico.
As the owner of Outlaw Gunner Charters, Captain Gage offers exciting fishing adventures, guiding anglers to some of the most productive waters in the Gulf. Holding a Master’s Captain License, he ensures a safe and enjoyable experience aboard his well-maintained 27’ Grady White, powered by twin 225 HP Yamaha engines. The boat accommodates up to six anglers, providing ample space for a memorable fishing trip.
Guests can target a variety of species, from Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Grouper, and Snapper during the winter months to Porgy, Grunt, and Sea Bass in the summer. For those looking for a challenge, offshore trips offer the chance to reel in Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, African Pompano, Blackfin Tuna, and Amberjack. Depending on conditions, live bait fishing may also be an option to attract larger predators.

Awesome crew! Captain Gage and his chief mate were fantastic hosts—patient, professional, and super attentive. In just 30 minutes on the water, we were pulling in fish like crazy! Unfortunately, my wife got sick and had to head back early, but for me and my son, it was an absolute thrill! The rush of the bite and the fight to reel them in was unbeatable. Definitely an experience we won’t forget!

Gage and Peyton were outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and fun, making the trip both exciting and successful. We had nonstop action, landing four impressive sharks, and the entire day ran smoothly thanks to their expertise. Gage gave us the choice between sport fishing or catching fish to eat, and since we were from out of town, we went for the fun of sport fishing. We started by catching bait for sharks and had an absolute blast! Several big sharks gave us a serious workout before being safely released to fight another day. When the shark action slowed, Gage gave us the option to end the trip early with a refund or switch it up—we chose to keep fishing, and it paid off! We crushed it bottom fishing for Key West grunts, then took a few to a restaurant he recommended, where we enjoyed them fried and blackened at Hog Island—delicious! Peyton was a fantastic mate, and the Captain was outstanding—honest, knowledgeable, and even quickly fixed a small billing issue later that evening. Oh, and riding in a beanbag chair on the boat? Best ride ever! Truly a great day on the water!

We had an absolutely amazing time! Heading out at 4 PM could’ve been tricky with the weather and warm water, so we weren’t sure how the bite would be—but it was nonstop action! It felt like the ocean was just giving fish away! Captain and Peyton were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and super fun to be around. They made the trip both educational and exciting, and we truly had the best time! Oh, and let’s not forget... Captain was gorgeous too!
