Whether you're facing an upcoming storm or need to change the date of an upcoming trip, you can adjust trips to meet a wide variety of scenarios all on your own. If applicable, trip adjustments will also automatically change the trip cost. In this article, we'll review possible ways to adjust a trip.
To begin adjusting a booking, log in to your Guidesly Pro account and open the Bookings tab. Find the trip that you would like to adjust and click on the booking. Then, head to the adjust tab.
You can increase or decrease the guest count for the trip, and the trip price may change depending on your rate card settings.
Changing the date of the trip will open up your calendar, hiding unavailable dates. Once a new trip date is saved, the customer will be notified.
Need to push back a trip or move it up a few hours? Adjusting the trip start time will automatically change the trip end time as well, in accordance with the predetermined trip duration. You can also quick view your calendar to be sure you are free before hitting save.
In this section, adjust your mate's fee, bait's fee, and add any open fees.
Adjusting any meeting spots or waterbodies will notify the customer immediately after saving, so they are better prepared for the trip.
Share a weather warning with guests for upcoming trips, or note that bad weather will result in a trip cancellation.
You have the option to cancel a trip with or without a guest refund. Before saving, you'll need to choose a reason why the trip is being canceled.
