The ReActivate experience starts before you even get wet. You'll log into the PADI eLearning system to review safety concepts, dive planning, and problem management – all the stuff that keeps you safe and comfortable underwater. Once you've wrapped up the knowledge portion, we'll schedule your water session at either Riviera Beach or Boynton Beach, depending on conditions and what works best for your skill level. Loggerhead sea turtles cruise these reefs regularly, especially during nesting season from May through October. These ancient mariners can weigh up to 300 pounds and live over 50 years. They're usually pretty tolerant of divers and will often continue feeding on sponges and sea grass while you practice your skills nearby. The juvenile green sea turtles that hang around the cleaning stations are particularly entertaining – they'll stretch out their flippers and let cleaner fish remove algae and parasites, looking completely blissful during the process.
