Guidesly always allows you maximum flexibility, catering to your personal schedule. You control what days you’re available to fish and whether you’re available on holidays. Any change you make on the website or in the app will immediately take effect on your profile. Just follow the steps below:

Website: 1. When signed in, click your name in the top righthand corner 2. Click Guide Admin in the dropdown 3. Click Scheduler on the Guide Admin nav bar and select My Availability 4. At the top right, click Add New Schedule

App: 1. From the homepage, tap the blue Availability icon at the top right

From here, you can select any range of dates and set your custom availability on a weekly schedule, with the option to automatically take holidays off. In your calendar, you can also change your availability on a day by day basis by tapping/clicking on any date and selecting your new availability. Customers will be able to book a trip with you only on days that you make yourself available.

Each update you make to your availability will override the last. Always make sure to click save!
