United States Highway Canal Number C-109 or more commonly called “C-109” is a reservoir in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It is situated between Everglades National Park and U.S. Route 1. There are other canals in its proximity, such as Canal Number C-110 that sits directly adjacent and connected to C-109.

C-109 is part of the Southern Glades Wildlife and Environmental Area (WEA). It was acquired as part of the Everglades restoration project that aims to protect wildlife habitat.
