Your boat for the day is a 28’ center console, powered by twin 200 HP Yamaha engines. Built for comfort and performance, the boat seats up to 10 passengers, with space for 6 anglers to fish at once. Amenities include a private toilet, refrigerator, and the latest in navigation and safety gear—so you can focus on your lines and the fish below. The vessel is well-suited for both nearshore and offshore action, depending on what you’re hoping to target.
And speaking of targets—your options are wide open. Depending on conditions and season, you could be fishing for Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Marlin, Barracuda, Grouper, Snapper, Wahoo, or Swordfish. The crew is happy to adjust techniques to your experience level and goals, whether you're after action-packed trolling or reef bottom fishing. You can also try bowfishing—a unique and exciting method that's available on select trips. For safety, only one person can bowfish at a time, and all equipment is included.
All trips come with bait, gear, licenses, and fish cleaning. Your catch will be cleaned and bagged for you, ready for a delicious meal later. Ice and a cooler are also on board, so feel free to bring your favorite drinks or snacks.
Trips depart from the Cayman Islands Yacht Club on Yacht Drive. If you're staying near the eastern side of the island, arrangements can be made for pickup at Kaibo Yacht Club—just mention your location when booking.

Our trip with Jonathon and Victor was fantastic. They gave it their all to get us on the fish, and it paid off. We had a great morning—caught some fish, shared a lot of laughs, and made some special memories. The highlight was my 81-year-old wife catching her first saltwater fish, which made the whole day unforgettable. Big thanks to Jackson Watersports—highly recommend!

Our family group of 9 had a great time out on the water! Everyone got a chance to fish, and despite the windy weather, we brought back fish, lobster, and conch for dinner. Our guide was knowledgeable and patient, answering all our questions along the way. It was a fun, memorable experience we’ll be talking about for a long time.

We had an amazing day on the water with Captain Lamar and Jonathan—everyone had a blast! We caught fish all day long and ended on a high note with a beautiful Yellowfin Tuna. They cleaned it for us, and we enjoyed fresh tuna steaks that evening. Both were super knowledgeable about the area and fantastic with the kids. Thanks for making our trip so memorable—we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Both guys were incredibly knowledgeable, and we had a great time. We made the run out to the bank and started marking fish right away—Yellowfin and even some Mahi in the area. Unfortunately, someone in our group wasn’t feeling well, so we headed back closer to shore to continue fishing. They stuck with us the whole way and even stayed out longer than planned. They put us on fish multiple times, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again on our next trip.

We’ve been on plenty of deep sea fishing trips, and these two guys truly delivered. Within five minutes of dropping lines on our half-day charter, we hooked a 275 lb Marlin that took 90 minutes to bring in. After that, we caught a variety of species including queen triggerfish, barracuda, and wahoo. They worked nonstop to keep us on the fish and made sure we had a great time. They even cleaned everything and sent us home with enough fresh catch for several meals. If you're looking for a top-notch fishing experience, I highly recommend Jackson Water Sports.
