Running for about 9.54 miles long, the water body’s mouth is found in Clermont County’s eastern region, Cresstown’s northwestern region, and Williamsburg’s northern region, whilst its drainage is the Little Miami River. Meanwhile, Fivemile Creek has an estimated width of 10 to 15 feet until it gets wider and becomes 20 to 25 feet by the time it runs through State Route 286.
