Expert Guide Casey and Grateful Guide Service specializes in trophy Brown Trout Fishing at night in the rivers of Northern Michigan. Michigan is home to some of the best Trout angling. Cast your lines out and get yourself a beautiful Brown Trout. Master Guide Casey will teach you the best ways to catch this fish. Even if you’re not a fisherman, you can easily learn how to use these techniques and start catching Trout on your own. You have access to a number of nearby fisheries, including the Manistee River, Jordan River, and Boardman River. While seeking your trophy, you can perfect your spinning and Fly Fishing techniques. Just remember to bring a spare jacket or some long pants because it can get chilly.
The boat you’ll be using is a 16’ Stealthcraft (Jet boat) that suits up to 1 to 3 guests. She is powered by a 40HP Mercury jet engine and ensures a smooth journey on the waters. She is the perfect size for your excursions.
On this trip, you will need to purchase a Michigan fishing license. All the necessary fishing equipment will be covered. There are snacks and drinks available onboard too! Still, feel free to bring your own favorite snacks or drinks.

I had a great day fishing with Casey from Gratefull guide service. I caught my biggest salmon to date!! Casey was very nice and a patient guide and all his equipment and Boat were it top shape. Anyone that is looking for a guided fishing trip I would recommend Gratefull guide service you will have a great day on the water.

I was in the area with my family for a short stay and decided to do some last minute research into local guides. I found Casey and gave him a call. Although I never actually met or fished with him he offered me a pair of his hip waders and told me of a few local places to catch fish. I took my son for his first Michigan trout fishing adventure. He hooked a really nice brown. Casey was extremely kind, generous, and helpful to us. I can only imagine he would treat a paying client superbly as well. Thanks Casey
