Had a fantastic time! Captain Os was incredibly patient and supportive. He guided us through the right techniques, and we caught an abundance of fish – so many that we lost track! At the end of the day, he captured photos of our catches and promptly shared them with us. Captain Os also treated us to a delightful lunch on the river bank. Captain Oz was outstanding. He knew the Bow River like the palm of his hand. I brought my two daughters along, and under his guidance, they learned how to cast and successfully caught some rainbow trout! My 18-year-old son and I have made a tradition of incorporating a fishing trip into our family vacations. We discovered Captain Oz on Fishing Booker and highly recommend booking with him. To celebrate my son's 10th birthday during our holiday in Calgary, I took him on a half-day fishing trip. Fishing with Captain Oz was an absolute blast! It was my son's first time fly fishing, and Oz provided fantastic coaching and assistance throughout. We received numerous helpful tips and cues, benefiting both my son and me. In the end, my son successfully landed an impressive 18-inch Rainbow, fondly dubbed the "Bow River Rocket." Oz was an awesome guide! He got us fishing in a snap and proved to be an excellent instructor. If you book a trip with him, you won't be let down. Follow his instructions, and you'll be fly fishing like a pro. He's super passionate about the river and seems almost more excited for you to catch a fish than you are yourself. It's a solid 10 out of 10 for this trip, and we're definitely planning to come back!
