I recently completed an incredible deep-sea fishing excursion with Captain Eric. Our group of five landed a massive 36-pound catfish, all thanks to Captain Eric's exceptional sailing and fishing skills. The mate diligently cleaned the deck, prepared the bait, and stayed attentive to the rods, alerting us immediately when a fish was hooked. The boat was equipped with state-of-the-art technology for locating fish, ensuring we always fished in the best spots. Captain Eric was not only skilled but also incredibly humorous and engaging, sharing intriguing insights about the surroundings and fishing techniques throughout the trip. As a bonus, he even cleaned and vacuum-sealed our catch for us to take home. What an unforgettable experience!

Captain Eric did an incredible job ensuring my son's first fishing trip was a huge success. Not only did he accommodate us by rescheduling due to bad weather, but his expert knowledge of the area led us straight to the fish. We were reeling in fish constantly throughout the charter. The icing on the cake was when he filleted and vacuum-sealed our entire catch. We will definitely be booking with Stella Charters for our next fishing trip!
