Captain John and first mate George are the best. Our party of four had a great time fishing and catching! We caught several species of fish: haddock, cusk, whiting, white hake(mud hake), Arcadian red fish and cod...even saw some whales We couldn't keep the cod but did take home some sizable haddock and whiting and the cusk. We plan to return to Gloucester Harbor, Cpt. John & first mate George, and F/V Lobster Tales. And we will bring a bigger cooler!

Had a great trip with Captain John and Mate George. They took good care of my teenage grandsons, my wife, and me. We were on and catching fish for the whole 9 hour trip. We caught 8 different species.

I had a great time . The capt took us out to his spot and the catching began. We caught haddock and lots of cod. The capt instructed us the cod had to be released federal reg but they are fun to catch. The boat Lobster Tales was super clean and beautifully finished. Lots of room and smooth riding.
