Black Bear Outfitters is simply the best! The entire crew works tirelessly to get you on a bear. They’re genuinely down-to-earth people. For instance, I had a front tire on my truck that was about to blow, and Richard went above and beyond—he not only found me five tires (three of them new) but also mounted and balanced them at no charge! I tried to pay him, but he said, “Never asked for anything. Now go shoot a bear!” And shoot a bear I did—it was an incredible experience! His son Caleb guided us to some excellent spots, and the professionalism of the guides was top-notch. I’ll definitely be hunting with them again!

I would highly recommend Evergreen Outfitting if you are looking for a guided trip on the Mississippi River. Ben is very knowledgeable about the river and great boat control in the current to put on the fish the whole time. This was exactly the trip I was looking for, not much better than river smallies.

Zach was fantastic! He adjusted plans and brought us to a different lake since there had been several fishing events in the area, and it turned out to be a great choice. We caught walleyes, northern, and crappies and had an amazing time. Zach is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to spend the day with on the water. We’ll definitely book with him again when we’re back in the area.
