About Pleasant Run, OH

Pleasant Run, also known as Pleasant Run Creek, flows toward the Ohio River, passing through Kenton County from Fort Mitchel. It is located 2 miles from Fairfield in Butler County near Hamilton and over 4 miles away from Lancaster in Fairfield County, Ohio. Above sea level, the elevation of the creek is about 230 meters. Since the creek is shallow, it experiences backflow from the Ohio River. In length, it is more than 3 miles and is connected to several tributaries that remain unnamed. In width, it is mostly narrow but widens as it approaches the Ohio River.
