My son, a big fishing enthusiast, discovered this place in Fairbanks, Alaska, during our Christmas vacation. We were pleasantly surprised—this is not just fishing; it’s a whole new experience. • Comfort and Warmth: Fishing takes place in a specially equipped RV with a stove, making it cozy and warm. You feel at home, but with an ice fishing hole right in the floor. • Modern Technology: Each fishing hole is equipped with a large screen and cameras showing real-time underwater footage. You can see your hook, the bottom, and the fish—it’s absolutely fascinating! • Perfect for Kids and Beginners: Watching how fish react to different baits and techniques makes the experience both educational and exciting. You can experiment and immediately see what works and what doesn’t. The host is incredibly attentive, offering hot drinks, hot dogs, and even cooking your catch with rice breading and vegetables. While this may not replace classic fishing, I highly recommend it to everyone—professionals, beginners, and even skeptics. It’s especially great for families!

We booked a charter with Hunter to fish for Sockeye Salmon on the beautiful Kenai River. He understands the river, the skill level of those fishing and provides thoughtful suggestions that resulted in more "fish on" until we caught our limit. Thank you Hunter, what an incredible experience!

Both the captain and deckhand exerted considerable effort to position our group over fruitful fishing spots, resulting in abundant catches of both Salmon and Halibut. Our excursion, taking place on July 20, 2023, coincided with my 75th birthday, and fortune smiled upon me. I proudly reeled in the largest Salmon weighing 20 pounds and the heftiest Halibut tipping the scales at 82 pounds. Additionally, luck favored me with the capture of a stunning Yelloweye rockfish, which we savored grilled and devoured last night at our BNB. Our deckhand, had jokingly promised to take a plunge into the ocean if I landed a sizable Halibut. True to his word, he shed his clothes down to shorts and made a splash, diving off the top of the cabin. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, marking a splendid way to commemorate three-quarters of a century spent on this earth.
