Great charter to go on, captain ariel dj put us on multiple species of fish. He kept us moving spots to stay where the fish are biting. Did a great job keeping us away from the bugs. He cleaned our fish for us and gave us a local restaurant that cooked it for us. Awesome experience. Definitely recommend!

DJ is a world-class guide and a true local who understands the environment and ecosystem like few others. He knows this area inside and out, reading the water and conditions with precision. I fish all over the world and have met very few guides with his level of firsthand knowledge—factoring in temperature, wind, pressure, depth, species, instincts, and water movement to pinpoint where the fish will be. We went out on a windy, cold day with low tide and strong currents, and he immediately knew how to adjust. By the end, we had caught nearly 100 fish from 9 different species, while friends on another charter barely caught anything.

My two sons and I have taken two trips with Captain DJ, and both times we caught plenty of fish and had an incredible time. It is fishing experience that exceeded our expectations in every way!. A great vessel, spotless, comfortable and very safe. Captain Wagner had plenty of a good variety of live baits. His knowledge of the area is remarkable and the fishing spots he picked left out arms tired of catching fish. We could not believed the amount of activity and catches we had. He was very didactic with my 12 years old son, taught him a few tricks and kept him catching all day long. We landed a variety of snappers, groupers, cobias, jacks and more. This is a must have experience if you are thinking of fishing the Everglades area.
